滇型杂交稻不育系和恢复系的籼粳分化特点

Indica-japonica Differentiation Characteristic of CMS Lines and Restorer Lines of Dian-type Hybrid Rice

用 19个籼粳分化特异性随机引物分析了滇型杂交稻 10个不育系和 3 8个恢复系的分化特点。结果表明 :从所分析的 3 4个籼粳位点看 ,滇型不育系和恢复系以粳稻亲缘为主 ,但都含有籼稻亲缘 ,其中不育系所含籼稻成分在 4%～ 2 4% ,恢复系籼稻成分在 4%～ 3 6% ;按UPGMA法聚类 。

The indica japonica differentiation characteristic of CMS lines and restorer lines of Dian type hybrid rice was studied with 19 indica japonica diagnostic random primers. The results indicated that both japonica kin and indica kin were contained in these materials, but japonica kin was dominant. The indica kin of the CMS lines ranged from 4% to 24%, while that of the restorer lines ranged from 4% to 36% based on the results of 34 indica japonica loci. All of the tested CMS lines and restorer lines were classified into the japonica group by the cluster analysis with UPGMA method.
