摘要
本文叙述了油井封堵封窜技术的原理、室内实验、现场试验的情况及效果。试验表明:采用该技术封堵封窜,强度大、成功率高,与防污染管柱配套,能有效地防止对非化堵层的污染。一次施工,不但堵层,而且封窜。与高强度化堵比,每口井可以节约堵剂费1.2万元。
This paper presenst the fundamentals of plugging and sealing off channeling of production wells and laboratary experiment, field test and their results. The result of the field test shows that the plugging and sealing off channeling technology is stronger with greater success and in combination with antipollution string, it can effectively prevent non-chemical plugging pay zone from damaging. Plugging and sealing off channeling can be completed simultaneously and comparing with stronger chemical plugging, each well can save the cost of plugging agent about 12 thousands yuan.
