摘要
综述了微藻生产DHA的研究 ,包括藻种、理化因素、生产方式对微藻培养生产DHA的影响 ,以及目前提取DHA的主要方法。
This paper reviews the study on DHA production by microalgae, including the influences of microalgae strains, physical and chemical factors, production modes on DHA production, and the main methods applied in the extraction of DHA in the present.
