摘要 采用现场监测和数值模拟相结合的方法,研究了算山码头1号泊位码头结构加固改造工程大直径钢管桩沉桩引起的振动效应对邻近取水隧道安全性的影响。首先通过2、3号墩台沉桩试验,测试获得了打桩引起周边地层土体动力响应、孔隙水压力与水平位移,确定了沉桩振动对周边土体的扰动及影响范围;再利用监测数据进行数值反演、对比;最后利用数值计算模型预测了1号墩台沉桩施工对取水隧道安全性的影响。结果表明:2、3号墩打桩过程对土体的扰动较小,数值模拟结果与实测数据较为接近,较为可靠;1号系缆墩沉桩有风险,不推荐锤击沉桩。 Using the method of field monitoring combined with numerical simulation, we studied the influence of the vibration effect of large-diameter steel pipe pile hammer piling on the safety of water intake pipeline during reconstruction of Suanshan Pier No.1 berth. Firstly, through the piling test of the No. 2 and No. 3 piers, the dynamic response, pore water pressure and horizontal displacement of the surrounding strata are obtained by piling, and the disturbance and influence range of the pile swarm vibration are determined. Secondly, the monitoring data is used for numerical inversion and comparison. Finally, the numerical calculation model is used to analyze the safety effect of the No.1 piers on the safety of the water intake tunnel. The results show that the piers of the piling process of the No.2 and No.3 piers have fewer disturbances to the soil, and the numerical simulation results are closer to the measured data, the calculation model is more reliable; No. 1 cable pier piles are at risk, it is not recommended piling.
