摘要
"津平1"是为港珠澳大桥岛隧工程沉管基床碎石整平施工而建造的专有工程船舶,抬升系统为齿轮齿条式。与其他类型的海上石油平台的桩腿抬升系统相比,最大特点在于插拔桩作业更为频繁,因此齿轮齿条磨损速率更为严重。传统润滑方式是在围阱顶部人工涂抹润滑油脂,存在很多弊端。为加强齿条特别是主动齿轮的润滑,设计一套针对桩腿齿轮齿条的供油润滑系统,以改善桩腿润滑状况,提高齿轮齿条寿命。经组装与调试,效果良好。
'Jinping 1' is one of the proprietary engineering ship which was built for gravel bed leveling construction of immersed tube bed of Hongkong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridgeterminal& tunnel project, the lifting system of it belongs to the gear and rack type. The biggest characteristic is the frequency of plugging and pulling the piles comparing to other types of pile legs lifting system of offshore oil platform, and the wear rate of gear and rack is more serious. The traditional way of lubrication is artificial daubing lubricating grease on top of the trunk and having many drawbacks. To enhance the lubrication of the rack,especially the driving gear, we designed a set of oil lubrication system for rack and pinion racks to improve the lubrication of the legs and improve the gear rack life. After assembly and debugging, the effect is good.
