摘要 钻孔植入桩是一种浅覆盖层状态下高桩码头桩基施工技术。在浅覆盖层状态下,采用传统的打桩船水上沉桩工艺,桩尖受到基岩的阻力,很难达到设计要求底标高。而采用钻孔植入桩的施工工艺,则能有效解决上述难题。文章分析了钻孔植入桩的原理,从施工平台搭设、钻进成孔、钢管桩植入、混凝土浇筑等几个方面,论述了在覆盖层较浅的情况下高桩码头钻孔植入桩基础的施工,并对提高钻孔植入桩的施工质量提出了相应的办法。通过钻孔植入桩施工技术在在建项目中的应用,说明其在浅覆盖层状态下,代替传统的打桩船沉桩工艺是可行的,可为类似工程的施工提供参考。 Drilling implantation pile is a kind of pile foundation construction technology of high pile wharf under the state of shallow cover layer. In the condition of the shallow cover layer, if using the traditional piling ship hammer pile technology on the water, the pile tip is subjected to the resistance by bedrock, it is difficult to meet the design bottom elevation. But using the drilling implantation pile technology, it can effectively solve the above problem. We analyzed the principle of drilling implantation pile from several aspects such as construction platform build-up, drilling hole, steel pipe pile implantation, and concrete pouring, discussed the high pile wharf construction of drilling implantation pile under the shallow cover layer conditions, and put forward the corresponding solutions about how to improve the construction quality of drilling implantation pile. Through the application of drilling implantation pile construction technology inprojects under construction, it is proved that it is feasible to replace the traditional piling ship hammer pile technology in shallow cover layer, which can provide a guideline for similar engineering constructions.
