摘要 从项目投标、签约开始到工程施工完成后的服务为止的整个管理过程,或从项目签约后开始到验收、结算、交工为止的整个管理过程,合同是贯穿于始终的一条主线,一切生产、经营活动要以合同为依据,每个环节的工作均应满足合同规定,以有效防范生产、经营风险。从项目寿命周期的五个阶段以及分包、物资买卖、船机设备租赁等三类合同入手,结合实际合同管理工作中存在的问题,经分析研究提出主要防范措施。通过采取这些措施并抓住合同管理这条主线,将有效防范生产、经营风险,使项目管理有条不紊进行,确保质量、工期、安全、环保符合合同约定,确保成本得到有效控制,同时,也将使企业的盈利能力和竞争力得到提升。 Contracts run through the whole management process from the time of project bidding, signing to the services after the completion of the construction; or the whole management process from the project signing to the acceptance, settlement and delivery of the project. Contracts play an essential role in all the time. All the business activities shall be carried out based on contracts. Each link work concerning the implementation of the project shall meet the contract requirements so as to effectively guard against risks in production and operation. From the 5 stages of project life cycle, subcontracting, material trading and ship equipment leasing, based on the actual contract management problems, we put forward the main preventive measures. By taking these measures and seizing the main line of contract management, it will effectively prevent the production and operation risks, and make the project management in orderly manner to ensure that the quality, duration, safety, environment be in line with the contract. The enterprise′s cost will be controlled effectively, and its profitability and competitiveness will be improved.
