芳纶无纬布防弹防刺性能的研究 被引量:9

摘要 优选了改性聚氨酯类树脂作为防弹防刺无纬布用胶粘剂,研究了不同叠合角度对无纬布防弹防刺性能的影响,并对该改性聚氨酯类树脂的成型工艺进行了研究。试验结果表明:改性聚氨酯类树脂的综合性能最优,可作为防弹防刺无纬布胶粘剂;最终的固化工艺参数为固化温度130℃,压力5.0 MPa,模压时间约10 min(根据制品的层数与厚度调节)。可为相关行业人员进行防弹防刺材料方面的研究提供参考。 In this paper, preferably modified polyurethane adhesive asthe adhesive of pullet-proof and stab-resistant cloth, the effect of different laminated angle to bullet-proof and stab-resistant performance and the molding process were studied. The tested results show that: the performance of the modified polyurethane adhesive is the most optimal, it can be used as the UD cloth adhesive; It seems that an experimental condition of pressing temperature 130 ℃, pressure 5.0 MPa. and holding time 10 min(the time can be adjusted with the layers and the thickness of the materials). This paper can provide some reference for the personnel study of the bullet-proof and stab-resistant materials.
