碳纤维加固冻融构件在持载情况下强度退化分析

摘要 为了进一步研究碳纤维增强复合材料加固构件力学退化性能,通过建立碳纤维片材、混凝土冻融损伤强度模型,分析加固试件单轴抗压试验中碳纤维相对滑移量,研究加固试件在持载情况下强度退化性能。结果表明,混凝土损伤越严重,碳纤维片材加固越有效;在持载情况下,应力有一定松弛,强度下降10%左右,冻融150次后应力松弛不能满足碳纤维应力松弛限值要求。 In order to further study on the mechanical degradation properties of members reinforced by carbon fiber composites,the strength degradation performance of reinforced specimens under load holding condition was studied through establishment of carbon fiber reinforced plastics and the model of concrete damageous strength and the relative slip of carbon fiber reinforced plastics in the uniaxial compression test. The results show that it is the more serious the concrete damage,the more effective the carbon fiber sheet reinforcement is;The stress is somewhat relaxed and the strength decreases by about 10% in the case of load holding after 100 times stress relaxation of carbon fiber reinforced plastics( after 150 freeze-thaw cycles) cannot meet the limit of carbon fiber’s specification.
