摘要
采用热压罐固化法,以蒙皮、胶黏剂、蜂窝制备蜂窝夹层结构件。以剪切强度和弯曲刚度为指标函数,以蒙皮厚度,蜂窝芯铝箔厚度,蜂窝芯高度为变量进行响应面法优化。结果表明:对性能的影响顺序为蒙皮厚度>蜂窝芯高度>蜂窝芯铝箔厚度。制备蜂窝夹层结构件的最佳工艺参数为:工艺蒙皮厚度为1. 20 mm,蜂窝芯铝箔厚度为0. 05 mm,蜂窝芯高度为10 mm。
Honeycomb sandwich structures were prepared by auto-clave curing method with panel,adhesive and honeycomb. The response surface methodology was carried out by taking the shear strength and bending stiffness as objective functions,taking the panel thickness,aluminum foil thickness of honeycomb core and honeycomb core height as variables to optimize the manufacture process parameters. The results showed that the order of influence on the function of mechanical performance was skin thickness > honeycomb core height > aluminum foil thickness of honeycomb core. The optimum technological parameters for preparing honeycomb sandwich household components are as follows: technological skin thickness is 1. 20 mm,aluminum foil thickness of honeycomb core is 0. 05 mm and honeycomb core height is 10 mm.
