摘要
随着卫星使用频段的提高,人们对天线反射器形面精度也提出了越来越高的要求。为满足碳纤维蜂窝夹层结构天线反射器高精度要求,本文提出了一种低成本、高精度反射器制造方法。该方法以通用低成本铸铁模具作为成型模具,以加工得到的反射面作为研究对象,通过形面调整的方法对反射面刚度和调整点分布进行优化,将反射面形面精度从0. 08 mm RMS提高到0. 02 mm RMS,之后与碳纤维复合材料背架通过玻璃布角片在常温下进行粘接,最终得到形面精度为0. 028 mm RMS的高精度反射器。实测结果表明,该方法能有效提高反射器制造精度和降低反射器制造成本。
With the gradual increasing of utilized satellite bands,the requirement on the surface accuracy of reflectors is growing higher rapidly.To meet the requirements of high precision of space-borne carbon fiber honeycomb sandwich antenna reflector,a low cost and high precision reflector manufacturing method is presented.In this method,the frequently-used low cost cast iron mould is used as the forming mould,and the reflector which manufactured by the cast iron mould is taken as the research object;Base on a surface adjustment method,the stiffness of reflector is optimized as well as adjustment points,and the reflector surface deviation of the Root Mean Square(RMS)is improved from 0.08 mm to 0.02 mm.After that,the reflector is bonded with a carbon fiber honeycomb sandwich backup structure by glass fabric patches at room temperature.Finally,a high precision reflector product is obtained with 0.028 mm RMS.The measured results show that the manufacturing precision can be improved and the manufacturing costs is reduced effectively by the method.
