影响夹层结构胶接强度的因素分析

摘要 针对全复合材料机身的某轻型公务机蜂窝夹层结构的增压舱出现鼓包脱粘的问题,从胶膜牌号、胶层厚度、蜂窝厚度、剥离方向等因素分析影响夹层结构胶接强度的原因,通过试验,表明采用合适的胶膜及相应的固化工艺,适当增加胶层厚度,可以提高夹层结构的胶接强度。由于蜂窝芯材各向异性,剥离方向(L向和W向)会影响剥离强度,试验应给出明确的剥离方向。而蜂窝芯材的厚度影响较为复杂,可能和工艺有关,需要进一步分析。 Aiming at the problem of bulge and debonding in the pressure cabin of a light business aircraft of all-composite fuselage with honeycomb sandwich structure,factors influencing bonding strength of sandwich structure were analyzed from film type,bonding thickness,honeycomb thickness,peeling orientation.It indicates that bonding strength of sandwich structure could be improved by adopting appropriate film and relevant cure method as well as adding bonding thickness advisably.The core material shows directional characteristics with respect to peel strength so that the peel orientation(the length direction of the core or the width direction)should be required clearly.It needs to be tested further to make clear the factor of honeycomb thickness for it may be involved with fabrication method.
