摘要
为解决铁矿石人工取样方法较难真正实现分层取样,设计抽取式散装矿石取样机,从矿石在传送皮带机运输过程中按照重量或时间间隔截取与皮带等宽的物料,实现降低取样工人劳动强度,达到取样工作科学、公证、准确的目的。该机可以作为自动化取制样系统必备的配套设施,用于工程验收或运行过程中定期进行的系统性能试验。
It is proved in the practice that manual sampling is not in a position to really sample by layer. It is difficult for the sampling stuff to take a sample either from a certain spot of piled iron ore or on board and in trucks. The selective sampler has transformed the traditional ways of manual sampling, taking samples of iron ores whose width are the same as the conveyor belt by weight and time interval during the transport, which reduces the sampling workers' labor intensity and serves the purpose of making sampling scientific, fair and accurate. The sampler can be applied as a necessary facility of automatic sampling system in the project acceptance or in the regular systematic test.
