从培养人才的“基石”角度构建大学物理教学新视野

摘要 论文以物理教师应该努力成为老一代物理学大师级教授为切入点,提出学其治学精神、践其教学艺术、攻己之学术高峰,一代人站在另一代人的肩膀上,形成良性循环,成为心系学生、崇尚学术的良师.着力于物理学在现代科学中的基础地位、物理学思维对学生的世界观形成的重要作用,论述大学物理教师的重要作用,是启迪智慧、抹去蒙蔽、能够创造知识,能够为培养高质量人才起到坚实的"基石"和"桥梁"作用.认为教学好的标志是课堂教学好、教育教学理论研究有成果、学术研究有成果,3个因素缺一不可. The paper discusses that physics teachers should strive to become the old master, a professor of physics as the breakthrough point, put forward to study the research spirit, practice the teaching art, tapping on their academic peak and generation stood on the shoulders of another generation, form a virtuous cycle, become the heart of students, advocate academic mentor. Discusses the important roles of college physics teachers, it is enlightening wisdom, erasing blinds, creating knowledge. In cultivating high quality talents physics teachers play a solid 'cornerstone' and 'bridge' role. Think teaching good marks is classroom teaching, education teaching theory research results, the academic research achievements, three factors are short of one cannot.
