从培养人才的“基石”角度构建大学物理教学新视野

论文以物理教师应该努力成为老一代物理学大师级教授为切入点,提出学其治学精神、践其教学艺术、攻己之学术高峰,一代人站在另一代人的肩膀上,形成良性循环,成为心系学生、崇尚学术的良师.着力于物理学在现代科学中的基础地位、物理学思维对学生的世界观形成的重要作用,论述大学物理教师的重要作用,是启迪智慧、抹去蒙蔽、能够创造知识,能够为培养高质量人才起到坚实的"基石"和"桥梁"作用.认为教学好的标志是课堂教学好、教育教学理论研究有成果、学术研究有成果,3个因素缺一不可.
