摘要
传统的临床医学专业留学生医学物理教学模式已经不适应高素质、与国际接轨人才培养的需求,教学改革已成为广大教育工作者的共识.成果为本的教育理论是起源于北美的一种课程设计和教学方法,是以学生学习成果为导向来设计课程、教学和考核机制,进而对教学效果进行评估的教学模式.本文通过分析留学生医学物理传统教学中存在的问题,以成果为本理论为指导,辅之以建构性配合理论,对以学生学习成果为导向的留学生医学物理课程教学模式进行探索和实践,期望达成高层次的学习成果.
Teaching reforms are necessary due to that conventional teaching methods are not suitable to the education of high-quality talent for MBBS students. The theory of outcomes-based education(OBE) originated from North America are usually adopted to design the teaching contents, teaching methods, and assessments. In this paper, the problems in conventional teaching methods of Medical Physics for MBBS students are analyzed, and the new teaching methods are investigated by combining the theory of OBE and constructive alignment. This new teaching methods are expected to improve the teaching quality and accelerate the reform of the course.
