加强实验教师队伍建设 争创“双一流”大学

实验教学是高等学校教学过程的重要组成部分,它的基本任务不仅是要使学生增强对理论知识的理解和掌握,更重要的是培养学生的创新思维和创新能力。实验室通过开放型实验、设计型实验、科技创新型实验,培养综合型人才。一支实力雄厚的实验队伍是培养掌握现代化科学技术的综合型人才和增强实验室活力的基础,没有高质量的创新型实验队伍,就无法有效地推进实验教学改革的进行。高校实验队伍的建设是搞好创新教育的关键,是培养卓越工程人才的关键,也是目前国家建设"双一流"大学的重要组成部分。

Experiment teaching is an important part of higher education,the role is not only the enhancement of the understanding and mastering of theories of students,but more importantly,the cultivation of thoughts and capability innovation.The labs in universities cultivate integrated talents through the opening of opened-labs,designed labs,tech-innovated labs.A experiment team is vitally important for cultivates integrated talents mastered in modern science and technology as well as the enhancement of the activation of labs.A school without high quality innovation experiment team,can't effectively proceed the reform of experiment teaching.The construction of the experiment team in universities is the key of innovated education and cultivation of talents.
