摘要 本文结合我校物理实验中心特点,详细阐述了如何充分利用实验中心资源,最大限度地在不同年龄层次的人群中起到人才培养和科技示范作用,以及利用实验中心资源服务社会。具体包括,通过物理实验竞赛、实验仪器制作激发学生的创新性,实现创新性人才培养;通过派出或请进教师和学生进行相互观摩和学习,实现实验中心对外校的辐射效应;通过与中学联合,建立物理实验基地,支持中学物理教学;利用实验中心资源打造科普基地,实现大众化的社会服务。 According to the characteristics of our school physics experiment center,this paper elaborated how to make full use of the experimental center resources play a role in talent training and scientific and technological demonstration for the maximum population in different age groups.Specifically,through the physical experiment competition and the experimental instrument preparation to stimulate the innovation of students,than let them get innovative talent training.In order to achieve the external radiation effects of the experimental center,one of the effective ways to be used is that teachers and students are sent out to other experimental cents or invited teachers and students from other cents,then all of these students and teachers are able to observe and utilize the resources of different experimental centers.In to support secondary school physics teaching,the experimental center combined with secondary school established a middle school physics experimental education base.For the realization of popular social services,experimental Center to create an experimental science base.
