摘要
分析了武警指挥院校大学物理课程中存在的问题,找出其问题的原因,如生源复杂、考核方式独特、教师的差异等。指出了加强教学质量控制,可通过因材施教、加强教学过程控制、加强年轻教师的素质和能力培养和加强与连队干部的沟通等途径实现。
Through the analysis of the problems existing in PAP command educational institutions, this thesis finds out the cause of it, such as the complex source of students, the unique assessment methods, and the differences between teachers. Furthermore, it points out that the reinforcement of teaching quality control can be achieved through teaching students in accordance with their aptitude, strengthening the control of teaching process and the young teachers' quality and ability, and intensifying the communication with company officers.
