摘要
本文就X射线衍射实验教学进行探讨和研究,教学过程中以学生小组集体参与为特色,突出表现在对几个最基本的知识点的深入理解:(1)X射线的产生机制;(2)X射线在三维光栅—晶格上衍射;(3)对晶面的具体、可触摸的认识。在扎实掌握这些基础知识的基础上,再教导学生关于仪器的技术和原则,要求学生自拟操作步骤,正确使用仪器获得数据,激发出学生对科学知识的主动探索和二次创造的热情,挖掘科学研究的潜力。
This paper discusses and studies on the experimental teaching of'X-ray diffraction experiment'in modern physics experiment course.The process of teaching is characterized by the collective participation of student groups,which is aimed at deeper understanding of several terms of basic knowledge:(1)The machanism of X-ray generation;(2)The X-ray diffraction on 3D grating-lattice;(3)The crystal surfaces indexation.Based on this,principles and technical rules about the instrument are discussed,students are asked to conceive the procedure all by themselves,to employ the equipment correctly to obtain data,this helps to stimulate students’enthusiasm of exploring sciene,of the second creation and of mining the potential of scientific research.
