养血清脑颗粒对MCAO模型大鼠神经功能保护机制研究 被引量:23

摘要 目的 :探讨养血清脑颗粒对MCAO大鼠脑损伤的保护机制。方法 :选用 2 2月龄纯种健康大白鼠 ,采用线栓法阻塞大脑中动脉诱发脑缺血模型 ,治疗组给以养血清脑颗粒治疗 ,对照组和假手术组则给以等量生理盐水灌胃。结果 :治疗组可以显著减轻模型鼠神经缺损症状 ,改善阻断侧额顶区脑电图波幅降低和频率减慢 ;脑组织形态学观察发现 ,缺血区星形细胞增殖明显 ,神经元较对照组仅轻度减少。脑血流量也有显著改善 ,血中GSH、GSH PX水平升高 ,MDA水平则受抑制而降低。结论 :养血清脑颗粒对脑缺血损伤的保护机制是多方面的 ,而增强星形细胞活性 ,保护神经元缺血性损害 ,改善脑血流量及抗自由基损伤是其治疗缺血性脑损伤的主要机制之一。 Objective :To study the mechanism of Yangxueqingnan Granules in protecting injured cerebrum of MCAO rats. Methods :Pure bred healthy white rats of 22 months were chosen and cerebral ischemia models were induced by blocking the middle cerebral artery with thread.The treating group were fed with Yangxueqingnan Granules.The stomachs of control group and sham operative group were filled with equal amount of physiological saline. Results :In treating group,the symptoms of defect of nerve function of model rats were relived significantly,EEG of the frontal and parietal lobe in blocked side that had descendent amplitude and low frequency was improved.The observation of cerebral histomorphology indicated that astrocyte multiplicated notably and the neurons only decreased little in ischemia area contrasted with the control group.The CBF was also remarkably improved.The content of GSH and GSH PX in the blood increased while that of MDA reduced as a result of depression. Conclusion :There are many respects about Yangxueqingnan Granules in protecting ischemia cerebrum and one of the main mechanisms of treating ischemia cerebral damage is to enhance astrocyte activity,protect neurons from ischemia damage and improve CBF and counter free radical damage.
