摘要
在灰黄霉素发酵培养基中 ,分别用单加 Na Cl、单加 KCl和同时加入 Na Cl、KCl三种方法提供灰黄霉素生物合成中所必需的 Cl- 。比较三种方法对灰黄霉素发酵影响的差别 ,当提供的 Cl- 浓度为 0 .2 14 m ol/ L ,单用 KCl时灰黄霉素的发酵单位最高 ,而单用 Na Cl时 ,发酵液中的去氯灰黄霉素含量明显低于其它两种方法。
Chloride ion supplied in fermentation medium was necessary for the biosynthesis of griseofulvin. Three methods for adding chloride ion by adding a single NaCl, single KCl or NaCl plus KCl into the medium were tested to evaluate their effects on griseofulvin production. It was found that the productivity of griseofulvin was the highest when single KCl was supplied at the chloride ion concentration of 0.214mol/L. The concentration of dechlorogriseofulvin in the fermentation broth was the lowest in the medium containing single NaCl.
