Determination of Content and Dissolution of Zaleplon Capsules by UV Spectrophotometry

用紫外分光光度法测定扎来普隆胶囊的溶出度和含量。测定波长为 340 nm ,线性范围 4～ 36μg/ml,回收率为 99.4 % ,RSD为 0 .4 9%。

The UV method for determination of zaleplon capsules and their dissolution was established. The detection wavelength was 340 nm. The linear range was 4~36 μg/ml. The average recovery was 99.4% with RSD 0.49%.
