摘要 目的 研究盐酸洛美利嗪在 DMSO- d6 溶剂中的核磁共振现象并对其质子和碳信号进行归属。方法 测定其在改变温度和加入重水条件下的各种 1D和 2 D核磁共振谱。结果 室温下以 DMSO- d6 为溶剂时 ,哌嗪环及与其相连的碳、氢均呈现多个峰或宽峰 ,提高温度或加入重水后 ,其碳、氢信号均出现“合并”或变窄现象。结论 室温下在 DMSO- d6 溶剂中 ,不同构象的盐酸洛美利嗪同时并存。随着温度的提高或加入重水 。 AIM To investigate the NMR phenomena of lomerizine dihydrochloride and to assign all proton as well as carbon signals in the NMR spectra. METHODS Recording the 1D and 2D NMR spectra of lomerizine dihydrochloride while changing the experimental temperature and adding D 2O into the solution.RESULTS More than one NMR signals or broad peaks resulting from piperazine and attached groups were given in DMSO-d 6 solution at room temperature. 'Coalescence' or narrowing occurred for the proton and carbon signals when the experimental temperature rised or D 2O was added into the solution. CONCLUSIONS There are more than one conformations of lomerizine dihydrochloride in DMSO-d 6 solution at room temperature. One stable conformation existed while the temperature rised or D 2O was added into the solution.
