摘要
目的 :检测酒精性脂肪肝患者血清酶及血脂的含量 ,以探讨其变化与酒精性脂肪肝损伤的关系和早期诊断的价值。方法 :采用RA - 10 0 0型全自动生化分析仪和国产试剂盒测定γ-谷氨酰转肽酶 (GGT)、丙氨酸转氨酶 (ALT)、天冬氨酸转氨酶 (AST)、总胆固醇 (Tch)、甘油三脂(TG)等含量。结果 :脂肪肝组血清ALT、AST、Tch、TG尤其是GGT含量〔(6 8.2 3± 6 3.0 2 )U·L- 1〕 ,明显高于对照组的〔(2 4 .6 2± 9.0 0 )U·L- 1,(P <0 .0 1)〕。高脂血脂肪肝患者的GGT〔(80 .6 5±76 .92 )U·L- 1〕较无高脂血患者的GGT〔(5 5 .76± 4 1.83)U·L- 1〕增高更为明显 (P <0 .0 1)。GGT且与ALT、AST呈正相关 (r分别为 0 .6 1、0 .6 9,P <0 .0 1)。结论 :血清GGT是诊断酒精性脂肪肝较为敏感且具有一定特异性的指标。过量饮酒可造成血脂代谢紊乱 。
Objective:To observe the changes of serum enzyme and blood lipid in patients with alcoholic fatty liver and to study their relations to liver damage, and the value of early diagnosis.Methods: To detect GGT, ALT, AST, ALP, Tch and TG by RA-1000 Automatic Biochemical Analyzer.Results: The levels of serum ALT,AST, TCH, TG, especially GGT, in patients with alcholic fatty liver were significantly higher than those in control 〔GGT in the former:(68.23±63.02) U·L -1 , in control:(24.62±9.00) U·L -1 , P<0.01〕.The level of GGT in those with fatty liver and hyperlipidemia were increased more markedly than those with fatty liver but without hyperlipidemia〔(80.65±76.92) U·L -1 vs (55.76±41.83) U·L -1 P<0.01〕.Moreover,GGT was positively correlated with ALT and AST (r=0.61 and 0.69 respectively, P<0.01).Conclusion: Serum GGT is a sensitive and specific index for diagnosing alcoholic fatty liver. Overdrinking may cause disorder of lipid metabolism and may further aggravate liver cell damage.
