中医辨证治疗抑郁性神经症43例疗效观察

Therapeutic effect of the syndrome differentiation treatment of traditional Chinese medicine on 43 cases of depressive neurosis

目的 观察中医辨证治疗抑郁性神经症的临床疗效。方法 将 75例抑郁性神经症患者随机分为 2组。治疗组 43例运用中医辨证治疗 ,对照组 32例用西药治疗。 4周为1个疗程 ,共治疗 3个疗程。根据Hamilton抑郁量表 (HAMD)分别对 2组治疗前后抑郁症状评分 ,并观察 2组疗效。结果 2组疗效比较无显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,但对照组副作用明显 ;治疗组治疗后HAMD评分与治疗前比较有极显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1 ) ;与对照组治疗后比较差异无统计学意义 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 中医辨证治疗抑郁性神经症疗效确切 ,副作用小 。

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of the syndrome differentiation treatment of traditional Chinese medicine on 43 cases of depressive neurosis. Methods 75 patients with depressive neurosis were randomly divided into two groups.43 patients in treatment group were treated by differentiation treatment of traditional Chinese medicine;32 patients in control group were treated by western medicine, with a treatment course of 12 weeks for both groups. Results There was no significant difference in therapeutic effect between the two groups (P>0.05),but the side effect in control group was more serious. Conclusion The differentiation treatment of traditional Chinese medicine is effective in treating depressive neurosis ,which is safe, with few side effects.
