摘要
目的 研究黄桂灌肠剂的抗炎与解热镇痛作用。方法 用黄桂灌肠剂给大鼠灌肠 ,观察其对角叉菜胶所致大鼠足跖肿胀、大鼠痛阈值的影响。用黄桂灌肠剂给家兔灌肠 ,观察其对家兔发热的影响。结果 黄桂灌肠剂能明显抑制大鼠足跖肿胀 ,提高大鼠痛阈值 ,抑制家兔的发热反应。
Objective To investigate the anti inflammatory and antipyretic effects of Huanggui enema. Methods The rats were given with Huanggui enema by enemata and the paw swelling and pain threshold of rats were observed; the rabbits were given with Huanggui enema by enemata and the fever reaction of rabbits was observed. Results Huanggui enema could obviously inhibit the paw swelling of rats and increase the pain threshold of rats, and inhibit the fever reaction of rabbits. Conclusion Huanggui enema has the anti inflammatory, antipyretic and analgesic effects.
