摘要
目的 了解初中学生沉溺电脑游戏 (包括电子游戏机 )行为及其影响因素。方法 对某大城市城区 6所中学共 3 499名初中学生进行无记名问卷调查。结果 13 1%的初中学生沉溺电脑游戏和电子游戏机 (男生为 13 4% ,女生为 12 7% )。其主要地点是社会上经营性的电脑游戏和电子游戏机场所 ,多因素logistic回归分析显示初中学生沉溺电脑游戏、电子游戏机行为与家庭环境因素 (父母亲具有大专及以上学历 ,未反对学生玩电脑游戏、父或母亲也玩电脑游戏、不良的家教方式、双亲关系紧张、父母与学生关系不够融洽、学生每月零用钱大于 10 0元等 )、学校环境因素 (课外活动单调、有要好的同学伙伴沉溺电脑游戏等 )相关联。结论 初中学生沉溺电脑游戏行为的预防教育和干预应尽早开始 ,并需要社会、家庭、学校全方位参与和共同行动。
Objective To explore fascination on electronic game of junior middle school students and its influencing factors. Methods Among 3499 junior middle school students in 6 middle schools in a bigger city, an anonymous questionnaire survey was conducted to obtain data regarding fascination on electronic game. Results The percentage of students reported fascination on electronic game was 13.1%(13.4%,males and 12.7%,females). The multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that some family and school factors were associated with fascination on electromic game. Conclusion Society,family and school should collaborate.Early prevention and intervention are quite necessary to decrease fascination on electronic game of junior middle school students.
