摘要
评述了催化裂化、排放油浆的必要性。排放的油浆密度应控制在1.0g°cm^(-9)以上。利用重力沉降法或离心沉降法,脱出油浆中的固体粉尘,脱除率达96%以上。净化后的油浆可直接利用作燃料、焦化料,也可通过溶剂精制后作为催化裂化原料或制取润滑油的基础油。
We reviewed the importance of releasing slurry oil in heavy oil FCC in theory and
experiment data, and proposed that the density of releasing slurry oil should be con-
trolled over 1. 0 g ·cm^(-3). Using gravity settling or centrifugal settling method to release the solid dust in slurry oil, the dedusting rate can reach 96%. After purification the slurry oil may be used as fuel directly or as raw materials of coking. Through solvent refinement, purified slurry oil may be used as raw materials of cat-cracking FCC or as base oil lubricant
production.
