十三届四中全会以来,第三代中央领导集体成功地实践了邓小平理论,确立了邓小平理论的地位,阐述了邓小平理论的科学体系,研究了建设有中国特色社会主义事业面临的新情况,深化了邓小平理论中贯通着的根本观点,丰富了邓小平理论的主题,发展了邓小平的经济理论、政治理论、文化理论和党的建设理论。

Since the Fourth Plenary Session of thte 13th Central Committee of the CPC,in success-fully practising Deng Xiaoping theory the third generation of CPC collective leadership has estab-lished its position.With expoundin g its scientific system and studying the new situations of building socialism with Chinese characteris tics,the leading collective of the c entral authority has deepened the basic viewpoints and theme of Den g Xiaoping theory,especially developing Deng Xiaoping theory in the fields of economy,politics,culture and building of the Party.
