An introduction to the project management

项目就是以一套独特的、相互联系的任务为前提,有效利用资源,为实现特定目标所做出的努力。项目生命周期一般分为四个阶段,第一阶段主要是认识和识别需求,第二阶段是针对需求和问题提出解决方案,第三阶段是所提解决方案的执行阶段,第四阶段是结束项目。项目管理包括制定计划,并执行计划以完成项目目标。

A project is an attempt to achieve a s pecified goal,with presupposing so me unique and interrelated assignments and using resources effectively.Life period of the project consists of four stages:the first one belongs to reco gnization and differentiation of demand,the second one putting forward a plan,the third one carring out the plan,the fourth one ending th e project.The project management consists of working out a plan and carring out it for realizati on of the goal.
