沧临线输油泵单元运行可靠性评估

THE ASSESSMENT OF UNIT--OPERATION RELIABILITY FOR PUMP UNIT OF CANGLIN PIPELINE

对沧临线三个泵站输油泵单元进行了可靠性评估。结果表明:实际故障间围期符合成布尔分布,而且可用下式统一表达;R(t)=eπp[-(t/18.32)^(1.44)]。置信度为0.9时分布参数的置信区间为:m=1.046～2.37,η=12.52～25.72。基本无可靠性增长的痕迹,修复质量也无明显提高或降低。

The assessment of reliability for three pump units of Canglin pipeline was conduct-ed in this paper. As a result, the practical time of intervals between failures acoords with Weibull distribution, and it may be expressed as R(t) =exp[- (t/18.32)^(1.44)]. Its confidence interval (= 0. 9) is m= 1. 046～2. 37, η= 12. 52～25. 72. Basically, there is not any reliability growth. The quality of repair has not been obviously improved either.
