Information resources construction of university library under network environment

从高校图书馆所处的网络环境出发 ,分析网络环境对高校图书馆影响 ,指出高校图书馆资源建设应转变采访观念 ,在协作共建、互惠互利的基础上充分开发和利用网络信息资源 ,加强馆藏资源特色建设 。

Based on the network environment in which university library lies, the paper analyzes the influences of network environment on university library and proposes that the outdated collection convention should be abolished, the network information resources should be fully developed and utilized and the characteristic construction of library information resources should be strengthened and special attention should be paid to the organization and management of library information resources.
