摘要
精简政府审批事项、提高行政审批效率和增强社会公众对行政服务的满意度一直是现代政务服务改革孜孜以求的要求和目标。"互联网+政务服务"改革作为政府治理体系现代化的重要体现,不仅能提高行政效率、节约行政资源,而且能缓解社会公众办理审批事项"多头跑"的难题。通过对浙江"最多跑一次"改革模式和域外程序便民化措施进行分析,有助于应对我国"互联网+政务服务"改革过程中面临的问题。
It has been the requirements and goals of modern government service reform to streamline government approval matters,improve the efficiency of administrative examination and approval and enhance public’s satisfaction with administrative services.As an important embodiment of the modernization of government governance system,the reform of'Internet+government services'can not only improve administrative efficiency and save administrative resources,but also alleviate the difficulty of'running to different departments repeatedly'for the public to handle administrative approval matters.Through the analysis of the reform mode of'running to relevant departments at most once'in Zhejiang province and the measures to facilitate the popularization of procedures outside the region,it is helpful to deal with the problems in the process of reform of'Internet+government service'in China.
