旅游院校红色文化传承协同育人基地构建研究

高校应结合新时代育人新形势和学生新需求,建立以红色文化传承基地为载体,以协同育人为理念,以互动体验为核心的红色文化传承协同育人基地。这一基地需既能为校内思政教育和专业教育提供实践实习场所,又能为社会提供特色校园研学和共享实训,达到在立德树人中传承红色文化的效果,并形成校企协同育人的强大合力。

Colleges and universities should combine the new situation of educating people in the new era with the new needs of students,and establish a red culture inheritance education base with the red culture inheritance base as the carrier,collaborative education as the concept,and the interactive experience as the core.This base needs to provide practice places for ideological and political education and professional education on campus,as well as provide special campus research and shared training for the society,to achieve the effect of inheriting red culture among strengthening morality education,and form a strong synergy of school-enterprise collaborative education.
