摘要
为了明确浇筑式沥青混凝土的设计方法、评价指标以及施工工艺,全面梳理了国内外浇筑式沥青混凝土的相关规范,对比分析了不同国家(地区)对原材料、级配范围及技术指标的要求,总结了国内外浇筑式沥青混凝土铺装结构的发展,推荐选用SBS改性沥青+TLA(15%~25%)+2%温拌剂作为胶结料,同时控制细集料(30%)及填料(20%~30%)用量,采用GA-10+SMA-13复合结构为铺装结构,并在上表面撒布预拌碎石以提高浇筑式沥青混凝土的高温稳定性。
In order to clarify the design method,evaluation index and construction technology of pouring asphalt concrete,the relevant specifications of pouring asphalt concrete in China and abroad countries are comprehensively teased out,the requirements of raw materials,grading range and technical indicators in different countries are comparatively analyzed,and the development of pavement structures for pouring asphalt concrete are summarized.The results show that it is recommended to use SBS modified asphalt+TLA(15%~25%)+2%warming agent as cement,while controlling the amount of fine aggregate(30%)and filler(20%~30%),and using GA The-10+SMA-13 composite structure as paving structure on which pre-mix gravel is spread in order to improve the high temperature stability of the pouring asphalt concrete.
