与轨道并行道路的储备研究

Study of Reserved Roads Parallel to Rails

开展项目前期储备研究工作,配合交通基础设施领域审批改革深入实施,建立道路项目储备库以统筹前期推进工作。涉轨类道路属项目储备库子库,与轨道并行道路是涉轨类道路中的最基本部分,针对与轨道并行的道路工程,分析了其前期推进过程中存在的主要问题,论述了对其进行储备研究的必要性,提出了储备研究的基本思路,并列举了针织路的具体项目研究案例。与轨道并行的道路工程,前期推进过程中需要不同交通方式密切配合,应提早结合轨网规划及路网区域分析,提出并汇总各等级未实现规划道路,提早进行项目储备并开展方案研究,这一类项目的储备研究成果可作为道路项目储备库的一部分。

The studies of project reserves are carried out and the road project pool is established,which is beneficial to preparatory work and transport infrastructure approval reform.The roads related to rails belong to secondary reserve pool,and the roads that parallel to rails are the most basic part.In light of the roads in the same corridor with rails,the problems during the early phase are analyzed,the necessity of roads reserve study is discussed,the basic concept of roads reserve study is proposed,and the Zhenzhi Road is taken as the specific study example.According to roads in the same corridor with rails,the project cooperation of different traffic modes is necessary,and earliest analysis should be conducted based on master planning of rail network and regional road network,road projects of unrealized planned roads of different category are gathered,and early establishment of project pool and scheme studies should be carried out.The study result can used be one part of the road project pool.
