摘要
提出了一种基于无线倾角传感器的盾构隧道衬砌变形监测方法,通过监测盾构隧道管片表面的倾斜程度,利用空间几何关系换算盾构隧道环段的各点的管径变化。无线倾角传感器由三轴倾角传感模块、ZigBee无线通信模块和能量供应模块组成。在研究盾构隧道衬砌结构的变形规律的基础上,提出了基于无线倾角传感器的盾构隧道衬砌变形监测方法的布点指导方案。
A method of shield tunnel lining deformation monitoring based on the wireless inclinometer is presented in the paper.The objective is to monitor the tilt of lining structure,and obtain the tube diameter of lining structure through the spatial geometric relationship.The wireless inclinometer is composed of three axis inclinometer module,ZigBee wireless communication module and energy supply module.According to the deformation of shield tunnel lining structure,the layout guidelines of shield tunnel lining deformation monitoring method based on wireless inclinometer is presented.
