摘要
环氧沥青混合料由于具有优异的力学性能在钢桥面铺装中得以广泛应用,但服役过程中不可避免地会出现各种病害,其中裂缝类病害最为严重。文章结合南京长江第二大桥多年来的养护维修经验,选取工程中常用的4种裂缝类修复材料,即CKⅠ、CKⅡ、CKⅢ和CKⅣ,分别进行黏度试验、拉拔试验、拉伸试验和剪切试验,评价其在环氧沥青铺装层修复中的适用性,为建立完善的钢桥面铺装层养护技术规范奠定基础。
Epoxy asphalt mixture is widely used in steel bridge deck pavement because of its excellent mechanical properties,however,there are inevitably a variety of defects in the service process,among which the cracks are the most severe.Combining with the maintenance experience of the Second Nanjing Yangtze River Bridge for many years,four kinds of cracks repairing materials which are commonly used are selected:CKⅠ,CKⅡ,CKⅢand CKⅣ.The viscosity test,bond test,tensile test and shear test are carried out respectively to evaluate its applicability in the repair of epoxy asphalt pavement,which lays foundations for establishing a consummate technical specification for steel bridge deck pavement maintenance.
