摘要
随着社会的发展和科学技术的提高,现代高速公路已经实现了较高信息化。大量电子设备应用于高速公路,给高速公路运营管理提供了便捷方式。在了解高速公路的运营发展状况后,针对高速公路机电运维的数据进行分析统计。利用SPSS和Excel,从数据中挖掘出可进一步利用的信息数据。本文主要研究了高速公路A和高速公路B。利用机电设备的故障发生时间进行统计预测,并将其与车流量结合分析,以提高管理人员对故障的提前预知能力,并及时做好维护工作,保障机电设备正常运行,完善机电运维管理。同时建立对于高速公路的评价体系,分析不同高速公路机电运营维护管理的水平,使高速公路联网机电系统的运维管理工作有序、高效地进行。本文还围绕高速公路机电设备故障维护相关问题进行研究,分析了高速公路机电设备发生故障的影响因素,并就如何加强高速公路机电设备故障维护、维修管理工作提出了看法和建议。
With the development of society and the improvement of science and technology,modern expressway has achieved a high degree of informatization.A large number of electronic devices are used in expressway,which provides convenience for expressway operation and management.After understanding the operation and development of expressway,the data of expressway mechanical and electrical operation and maintenance are analyzed and counted.By using SPSS and Excel,further information data can be extracted from the data.In this paper Expressway A and Expressway B are taken as primary study object.Statistical prediction is made on the occurrence time of mechanical and electrical equipment faults,and combined with traffic flow analysis so as to improve the management personnel’s early prediction of faults and timely maintenance work,ensure the normal operation of mechanical and electrical equipment,and improve the management of mechanical and electrical operation and maintenance.At the same time,the evaluation system for expressway is established,and the level of operation and maintenance management of different high-speed electromechanical systems is analyzed,so that the operation and maintenance management of expressway interconnected electromechanical systems can be carried out in order and efficiently.This paper also focuses on the problems in related to the maintenance of mechanical and electrical equipment on expressway,the factors influencing the failure of mechanical and electrical equipment on expressway are analyzed,and views and suggestions on how to strengthen the maintenance and management of mechanical and electrical equipment on expressway are put forward.
