沥青-集料表面能指标与沥青混合料路用性能关系研究 被引量:7

Investigation of the Relationship between the Asphalt-aggregate Surface Energy Indicators and the Asphalt Mixtures Pavement Performance

摘要 为利用表面能理论研究沥青-集料表面能指标与沥青混合料路用性能之间的关系,分别采用蒸气吸附法与插板法测试两种集料(碱性集料、酸性集料)及4种沥青(由不同掺量抗剥落剂改性而成)的表面能参数。通过沥青-集料表面能指标的计算分析以及相应的沥青混合料路用性能试验验证,结果表明:沥青-集料表面能指标与沥青混合料路用性能指标具有良好相关性;通过计算分析沥青-集料表面能指标,将有助于集料、沥青及抗剥落剂等材料优选,且有助于预测和评价沥青混合料的路用性能。 In order to study the relationship between asphalt-aggregate surface energy indicators and asphalt mixtures pavement performance by using the theory of surface energy,the Gas Sorption method and the Wilhelmy Plate method are used to measure the surface energy parameters of two kinds of aggregates(alkaline aggregate,acid aggregate)and four kinds of asphalt(modified by different dosage anti-stripping agent),respectively.Through the calculation analysis of asphalt-aggregate surface energy indicators and corresponding asphalt mixtures road performance verification test,conclusions can be drawn that:it has a good correlation between the asphalt-aggregate surface energy indicators and the asphalt mixtures performance indicators;it will help to select material such as aggregate,asphalt and antistripping agent,and help to predict and evaluate the asphalt mixtures pavement performance by calculating and analyzing the asphalt-aggregate surface energy indicators.
