基于正交试验的聚酯纤维再生沥青混合料路用性能研究 被引量:12

Study on Pavement Performance of Polyester Fiber Recycled Asphalt Mixture based on Orthogonal Test

摘要 针对广东地区的地理气候特征和路用材料特性,掺加聚酯纤维(PF)和沥青再生剂(TLZS-B2)改善再生沥青混合料的路用性能,通过正交试验研究PF掺量、TLZS-B2掺量、RAP掺量对再生沥青混合料高温性能、水稳定性能、疲劳性能的影响,并通过极差、方差分析得出较优的影响因素和水平。试验结果表明:各因素对高温性能、疲劳性能的影响显著性次序为PF>RAP>TLZS-B2,对水稳定性能的影响显著性次序为PF>TLZS-B2>RAP,PF对再生沥青混合料路用性能的改善作用最为显著;综合试验结果可得,当PF掺量为0.25%、TLZS-B2掺量为6%、RAP掺量为50%时,热再生沥青混合料具有较优的路用性能。 According to the geographic climate characteristics of Guangdong area and road materials properties,adding polyester fiber(PF)and asphalt regenerant(TLZS-B2)to improve the performance of recycled asphalt mixture,through orthogonal experimental study on the fiber content,regenerative agent dosage,dosage of RAP on the performance of recycled asphalt mixture at high temperature,water stability,the influence of fatigue performance,and through the poor,variance analysis and the influence factors of the optimal level.The results show that the significant order of influence of all factors on high temperature performance and fatigue performance is PF>RAP>tlzs-b2,and the significant order of influence on water stability is PF>tlzs-b2>RAP.Polyester fiber has the most significant improvement effect on the pavement performance of recycled asphalt mixture.The comprehensive test results show that when the PF content is 0.25%,the tlzs-b2 content is 6%,and the RAP content is 50%,the thermal recycled asphalt mixture has the best pavement performance.
