摘要
废旧的石灰粉煤灰稳定碎石作为一种珍贵的资源,在添加水泥和新矿料后,可再生为水泥稳定碎石基层材料。文中分析评价了再生基层的抗疲劳性能。首先,按照我国道路基层施工规范确定了废旧石灰粉煤灰稳定碎石材料的掺配率分别为0、50%和100%时矿料级配及水泥用量,分析了不同掺量再生组的抗压强度和抗开裂性能;然后,进行不同应力水平下上述3组掺量再生基层的小梁疲劳试验;最后,依据试验得到的结果,对其抗疲劳性能进行了分析和评价。
Being a type of valuable resource,the waste lime fly ash stabilized macadam material can be regenerated into cement stabilized macadam base material by adding new mineral materials and cement.In this paper the fatigue resistance of recycled materials is evaluated.Firstly,according to China’s road base construction specifications,the blending ratio of waste lime fly ash stabilized macadam materials of 0%,50%and 100%and volume of cement are determined.The compressive strength and crack resistance of the different regenerate groups are analyzed.Then,the trabecular fatigue tests of the above three groups of materials are carried out under different stress levels.According to the experimental results,the fatigue resistance of the three groups are analyzed and evaluated.
