摘要
为推荐较优的水泥稳定碎石拌和工艺,提升水泥稳定碎石基层耐久性,基于现场施工,以无侧限抗压强度、弯沉以及裂缝特征为指标,分析对比了普通拌和+振动拌和、二次普通拌和、一次振动拌和与一次普通拌和工艺的应用效果。结果显示:以基层无侧限抗压强度最大、弯沉最小、裂缝数量最少、裂缝平均间距最大为评价标准,4种拌和工艺中,普通拌和+振动拌和工艺最优,一次普通拌和工艺最差;一次振动拌和工艺与二次普通拌和工艺的弯沉与裂缝特征差异不大,但无侧限抗压强度明显高于二次普通拌和工艺。
In order to recommend an optimal cement-stabilized macadam mixing process and improve the durability of cement-stabilized macadam,the application effects of ordinary mixing+vibration mixing,secondary ordinary mixing,primary vibration mixing and primary ordinary mixing technology are analyzed and compared,with the unconfined compressive strength,deflection and fracture characteristics as the indicators based on site construction.The results showed that the maximum unconfined compressive strength,minimum deflection,minimum number of cracks and maximum average spacing of cracks are the evaluation criteria for the base layer.Among the 4 mixing processes,the ordinary mixing+vibration mixing process is the best,and the ordinary mixing process is the worst.The bending and fracture characteristics of the primary vibration mixing process and the secondary normal mixing process are not different,but the unconfined compressive strength is significantly higher than that of the secondary normal mixing process.
