多功能目标下的旅游公路设计要点研究

Study of the Important Design Points for Tourist Road under Multi-functional Goal

随着国民经济的不断增长,人民对于休闲娱乐的精神需求也不断增加。公路旅游可充分利用自然及人文风光,吸引游客,带动区域经济发展。基于该发展趋势,我国交通运输部对旅游公路的发展做了相关规划,力求通过精心设计、完善交通服务设施、共享多元信息服务,打造精品路线,满足群众旅游休闲的多样化需要。结合旅游公路的特性,梳理了旅游公路在路线布置、断面选择、路基形式、服务设施、附属设施等环节的设计要点。并以云南澜沧江旅游公路为例详述了应用该设计思路的方案,该旅游公路兼具了车行交通、公路自行车比赛、马拉松比赛及徒步观光的多重功能,可作为相关旅游公路设计的参考案例。

With the continuous development of the national economy,the demand on leisure and recreation of citizens is on the rise.Road tourism can make full use of natural and cultural resources to attract tourists and stimulate the economy in the area.Based on this developing trend,the Ministry of Transport has made relevant planning for tourism roads in order to create high-quality routes to fulfil a variety of needs on tourist leisure for the masses through the means of careful designing,improving traffic service facilities and providing service of sharing variable information.With the special features of tourism roads,in this article the key design points of tourism roads are illustrated in terms of route arrangements,selection of section,forms of road subgrade,service facilities,and ancillary facilitates etc.A detailed explanation has been laid out for this design inspiration based on the Lancangjiang River tourism highway in Yunnan Province which is a perfectly suitable to use as a reference on tourist road design since it has the multiple functions like vehicle traffic,road cycling competitions,marathon racing track and sightseeing tour.
