摘要
在硫磺有机化改性、纳米Fe2O3和赤泥改性添加这3种方法综合作用的基础上,对制备出的硫磺改性沥青添加剂(GL沥青添加剂)的基本路用性能进行了对比测试。研究发现,GL添加剂可极大地提高沥青的冻融劈裂性能和车辙性能,并同时具有明显的温拌效果。在此基础上,研究发现由于纳米颗粒的作用,GL混合料的各项性能指标更优于SEAM混合料的性能。由于可大量采用赤泥颗粒,亦为固体工业废弃物的再利用提供了一条有效的应用途径,同时极大地降低了原材料成本。
Based on the comprehensive studies of sulfur organic modification,nano Fe2O3 and red mud from metal aluminum smelting modification additions,the sulfur modified asphalt additive(named GL additive)is prepared and the basic road performances are compared.The GL additive can greatly improve the freeze-thaw splitting performance and rutting performance,and has obvious effect of lower temperature mixing.It is also found that the performance of GL asphalt concrete is better than that of SEAM asphalt concrete due to the action of nano particles.At the same time,the large number of usable red mud shows an effective application for solid industrial waste recycling,and greatly reduces the cost of raw materials for highway construction.
