围产期抑郁预防干预模式应用效果评价

The effect of preventive intervention of perinatal depression on neurological and psychological development of infants

目的 :研究围产期抑郁症预防干预模式对家庭养育环境及婴儿神经心理发育的影响。方法 :选择轻度围产期抑郁母亲148例随机分成两组,实验组于妊娠晚期和产后42天进行基于'认知行为疗法'和'母婴关系治疗法'的围产期抑郁预防干预,对照组同期在助产专科门诊接受常规的保健咨询与心理健康指导。结果 :实验组母亲的婴儿3月和6月龄时的家庭养育环境、神经心理发育和社会性反应量表总评分和各维度评分均优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论 :该预防干预模式有利于改善婴儿家庭养育环境,促进婴儿神经心理的发育和社会性适应行为的发展。

Objective:To investigate the effect of preventive interventions of perinatal depression on home nurture environment and the neurological and psychological development of infants.Methods:Totally 148 mothers with mild perinatal depression were randomly divided into two groups.Those in the experimental group were with cognitive behavioral therapy and mother-to-child relationship therapy in late pregnancy and the first postpartum 42 days.Those in the control group were with routine health counselling and mental health guidance in midwifery clinic during the same period.Results:The total scores and the scores of each dimension of Child Home Nurture Environment Scale,Child Nerve Mental Development Scale and Infant Social Response Questionnaire in the experimental group were better than those in the control group at the age of 3 months and 6 months(P<0.01).Conclusion:This cognitive behavior and mother-infant relationship therapy are beneficial for better home nurture environment and development of the neurological,psychological and social adaptive behavior of infants.
