摘要
主要讨论了在几何声学理论和波动力学理论下的纵波和横波问题,并指出两者在解释纵波、横波的传播路径、传播速度和幅度衰减方面并无矛盾,支线积分理论在解释纵、横波的走时、能量及其共振性等方面并无困难,对于多极子源情况,上述结论亦成立。几何声学的滑行波理论之所以难以解释个别问题是由于其本身适用范围造成的。
The main contributions of this paper are the discussions for P-and S-waves abtained
from geometric acoustic theory and wave motion theory. It is pointed out that the propa-
gating traces, velocities and amplitude attenuations could be exlained with the two kinds
of theories. There are no difficulties to explain P-and S-wave time arrivals, energy and
resonance with the theory based on branch cut integration. For multipole well log, the
results are also similar. Slide wave abtained from geometric acoustic theory are unable
to explain some phenomena because of the limitations of the theory.
