新时代实现我国西部地区小农户与现代农业发展有机衔接路径研究

Research on the organic connection path between small farmers and modern agricultural development in western China in the new era

党的十九大报告首次提出"健全农业社会化服务体系,实现小农户与现代农业发展有机衔接"的重大理论命题。立足于我国现代农业发展视角,以我国西部地区小农户为主要研究对象,从小农户的内涵、发展历程及现状、突出优势、衔接的必要性等方面来分析探讨我国西部地区实现小农户与现代农业发展有机衔问题,提出实现衔接的路径:现代农村产业融合发展、健全农业服务组织载体建设、完善农业经营制度体系、组织培育小农户。

The 19 th national congress of the communist party of China put forward for the first time the major theoretical proposition of'improving the socialized service system of agriculture and realizing the organic connection between small farmers and modern agricultural development'.Based on the perspective of modern agricultural development in our country,our country western region of small farmers as the main research object,the connotation,development and status quo of small farmers,outstanding advantage,cohesion and so on were analyzed on the necessity of the implementation of western region small farmers with modern agricultural development on organic bit problem.It was put forward the path to realize cohesion:fusion of modern rural industry development and improve the agricultural service organization carrier construction,improve the system of agricultural management system,organization to small farmers.
