为进一步推进农机"三减量行动",减少农业面源污染,通过深入分析益阳市新机具装备及作业情况,对益阳市农机"三减量行动"工作推进情况进行深入调研,找出影响新机具推广的主要因素,并提出推进农机"三减量行动"的对策与建议,为新机具的推广应用提供参考与借鉴。

In order to further promote agricultural machinery'three action'reducing,reduce agricultural non-point source pollution,through in-depth analysis of equipment and the operation situation of the city’s new machinery,for the city’s agricultural machinery'three action'reducing work we carried on the thorough investigation,find out the main factors in the popularization of new machines,and put forward countermeasures and suggestions of agricultural machinery'three action'reducing,provides reference for the new machine and using for reference.
