摘要
为探明开沟刀具开沟过程中切削功耗的变化规律和了解开沟刀具土壤切削过程情况。本文基于SPH法建立刀具土壤切削有限元模型,并对其开沟过程进行数值模拟。结果表明:SPH法可以直观地模拟开沟过程的实际情况,得出开沟切削平均功耗为1.819 kW,基于自主设计的扭矩—转速测试平台进行试验验证得出实际切削功耗为1.998 kW,与仿真误差为8.96%,说明运用SPH法进行开沟刀具土壤切削过程是可行的。
In order to investigate the variation rule of cutting power consumption and understand the condition on soil cutting process by ditching cutter.In this paper,the finite element model of soil-ditching cutter was constructed by using the method of smooth particle hydrodynamics(SPH),and the soil cutting process by ditching cutter was simulated and analyzed.Simulation result showed that SPH method could visually simulate the soil cutting process by ditching cutter,cutting power consumption was 1.819 kW.A field test was done by using small speed-torque measurement platform,the cutting power consumption is 1.998 kW,which is 8.96%compared with the simulation results.It shows that the simulation is accurate within the allowable range of error.
